Are you an experienced HR Investigator with a passion for employee relations, workplace compliance, and conducting thorough investigations? We are seeking a skilled professional to support a high-volume employee relations team by investigating workplace concerns, managing sensitive cases, and helping maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace investigations involving harassment, retaliation, policy violations, and employee complaints.
• Interview employees, gather facts, assess findings, and manage cases through resolution.
• Prepare clear, concise investigation reports and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support employee relations initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance to management and employees regarding workplace concerns and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor practices, and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience conducting workplace investigations, interviewing employees, case management, and employee relations.
• Strong written documentation, report writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent typing skills with the ability to document employee statements in real time.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of labor relations is a plus.

Schedule Requirements

• 100% onsite position.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including occasional evening, night, weekend, or split shifts to support investigations across multiple employee work schedules.
