Key Responsibilities



  • Independently define, drive, and own program charters across multiple teams, addressing scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and risks for moderately complex programs.
  • Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the optimal level of program management required for each initiative.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that segment projects into discrete phases, align with stakeholder needs, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address constraints.
  • Determine program phasing and metrics to effectively drive continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, and optimize regular checkpoints and performance dashboards.
  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, articulating program progress and rationale across all touchpoints.
  • Anticipate and independently develop change management rollout plans, including impact analysis, proactively driving necessary pivots and resolving misalignments.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making, resolving prioritization conflicts, and proactively managing escalations.
  • Independently determine and collect data for program governance and stakeholder decision-making, maintaining project trackers and status reports.
  • Execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies, while integrating values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust.
  • Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring, defining program governance structures for effective mitigation, postmortems, and escalation reporting.
  • Drive effective stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and progress toward program objectives.
