A Brief Overview The Health Resource Center (HRC) Educator supports middle and high school students in making informed decisions about sexual and reproductive health, relationships, and overall well-being. The HRC Educator reports to the HRC Manager and is an integral member of the School Partnerships team within CHOP's Office of Community Impact. The HRC Educator is based in partner school sites four days per week and at CHOP's Roberts Center location once a week. The HRC Educator facilitates sexual health and reproductive education and counseling through both individual and group sessions with students. They also collaborate closely with school and community partner staff to connect students to supportive services, resources, and referrals aligned to student needs. In addition, the HRC Educator maintains program data, supports reporting requirements, and ensures compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, contributing to continuously improving services. The HRC Educator receives foundational training in sexual and reproductive health content and program requirements. Success in the role also requires ongoing learning and self-directed research to adapt programming, workshops, and counseling to meet the needs of students and school communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about adolescent health, skilled in building authentic relationships with young people, and committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where youth feel empowered.
