Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures. Basic math and measurement skills preferred. Experience Requirements Previous experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, production, assembly line, or industrial environments preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is a plus. Familiarity with quality inspections and production standards preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. Reliable attendance, time management, and a strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required throughout the shift. Manual dexterity to assemble small and large automotive components accurately. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and required PPE. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or various shifts as needed. Job Duties Assemble automotive components and vehicle systems, including interiors, chassis, electrical components, and related assemblies according to specifications. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and production quality. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks. Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, quality concerns, or non-conforming conditions. Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, safety concerns, and quality defects to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with company policies and manufacturing standards. Meet daily production goals, quality requirements, and schedule expectations while working collaboratively with team members.
