The Regional Director of Business Operations (RDBO)serves as aresourceto the programRegional Vice President of Operationsandas a dotted-line supervisorto DBOs/MBOs. In addition to overseeing initialsite-leadertraining, RDBOsmaintain insight into the programin order toassist withprocess needs, as well as other business concerns that may arise.RDBOs work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of each siteand to revise processes as the need arises.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous leadership experience and demonstrated achievements
  • Previous administrative experience dealing with business-office issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to motivate a diverse workforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of hospice program requirements preferred

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Director Business Operations - Hospice you will:

  • Oversee training of new Directors/Managers of Business Operations
  • Conduct regular evaluations of DBOs/MBOs to determine further training needs
  • Monitor KPIs toidentify and address gaps in processes/visibility
  • Meet with programED and/or RVPO to discussprogramoperationaloutcomes on a regular basis
  • Assist with optimization and standardization of program sites
  • Advocate for the needs of site-level leadership
  • Ensure programsfollow all AccentCare policies, protocols, and SOPs
  • Travel toassigned sitesas determined by collaboration with RVPO
  • Lead projects as assigned by theChief of Staff ofHospice & Palliative Care,the Senior Regional Director of Business Operations, and/or RVPO
  • Identify gaps inBusiness Operationsprotocolsandprocessesthat introduce risk to the organizationand,in partnership with programED,mitigate that risk through process revision
  • Arrange and ensure supportduring extendedDBO/MBO vacancies
  • Assist with documentationand implementationof new or revised processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
