Are you a visionary event marketing leader ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to drive our client's comprehensive partner experiences and events portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable moments, fostering strong partner relationships, and elevating the brand's presence on a global stage. Your strategic vision and flawless execution will directly contribute to the success and growth of our client's partner ecosystem, creating lasting impressions and driving tangible business results.

What You'll Do



  • Lead the comprehensive partner experiences and events portfolio, setting the strategic direction for all partner-facing initiatives.
  • Manage and execute the annual Partner Summit, including all associated partner programming such as lounges, breakouts, awards ceremonies, and keynote presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with central events teams and leading external event execution agencies to ensure flawless delivery of all event components.
  • Oversee Partner Kickstart initiatives, developing essential materials and strategies for successful regional event execution.
  • Develop and distribute comprehensive playbooks to guide regional partner connection events, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Manage and coordinate high-level executive (CXO) moments with partners, fostering strategic relationships.
  • Balance and prioritize multiple, often sequential, event projects and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
  • Engage and collaborate with international counterparts across diverse regions, ensuring global alignment and localized relevance.
  • Make critical decisions regarding experiential marketing elements, including catering and show flow, in partnership with agencies.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to event strategy and execution, continuously seeking to enhance partner experiences and engagement.
  • Travel approximately 10% for key events, including mandatory dates for the annual major event.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 7-10+ years of experience in large-scale Enterprise B2B event marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with leading event execution agencies.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing complex event timelines and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional working groups and engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional judgment in experiential marketing and decision-making regarding event elements.
  • A track record of bringing creativity and innovation to event strategy and execution.
  • Comfortable with approximately 10% travel, including mandatory dates for the annual major event.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Preference for talent with longer tenures (e.g., 3+ years) in previous roles, indicating stability and deep experience.
  • Slight preference for talent with in-house marketing experience, offering a unique perspective.
  • Exposure to CXO-level events is a plus, demonstrating experience with high-stakes engagements.
  • Experience working in a global capacity or with international regions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with internal project management tools is beneficial.
  • Comfort with basic data analysis concepts for event optimization.
