Position Title: Production Associate
Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Join our team as a Production Worker and be at the heart of delivering high-quality, ready-to-eat products! In this essential role, you'll ensure food safety and product excellence by following strict GMP and HACCP standards while processing, packaging, and preparing materials with precision. Production Associate Responsibilities: - Reports to assigned line at the start of the shift ready to work - Removes Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products from cooler or warehouse - Cuts RTE product with cheese slicing machine, de-linker, stick cutter or scissors - Places RTE product into unit packaging - Applies stickers by hand to packages - Places RTE product in a bag, caddy or/or case and puts on pallet - Moves finished pallet with pallet jack into warehouse Requirements for Production Associate: - Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, 50-100% of shift - Able to lift up to 10-25lb occasionally and up to 50-100lbs rarely - Able to push/pull up to 50-75lbs - Able to use hands repetitively - Able to work in 35-40 degrees environments - Able to tolerate the smell of raw meat, cheese, and various spices - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to be flexible and responsive to changing production needs - Knowledgeable on basic mathematical skills - Able to follow verbal and written directions IND050 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
