Overview
Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $30-34 Hourly Start Date: Oct 6, 2026 Are you the person who immediately spots the comment everyone will be talking about? Do you understand the difference between simply responding to followers and actually building a community people want to be part of? We're looking for experienced Social Media Community Managers to join a fast-moving social team for a high-profile fashion and entertainment campaign. This is a unique opportunity to spend two action-packed weeks immersed in real-time social conversation-engaging with fans, customers, creators, talent and online communities across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You'll help shape how the brand shows up during a major cultural moment, jumping into conversations as they happen, identifying emerging trends and viral opportunities, and bringing the brand's personality to life through smart, authentic engagement. This is an ideal project for a social media professional who loves internet culture, understands Gen Z audiences, writes exceptional social copy and thrives during big campaign moments. What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience managing social for a brand with a Gen Z and/or female-focused audience is especially valuable. We'd also love to meet candidates who have owned a brand social channel, worked in a dedicated community management role, supported major launches or live cultural moments, or have strong experience developing brand voice and social response guidelines. Experience with social listening, publishing or community management platforms is a plus; experience with equivalent tools is absolutely transferable. The Opportunity This is a remote, part-time, two-week project designed around a major October campaign moment. Expect approximately 20 hours per week, with scheduled coverage spanning a mix of business hours, evenings and weekends. Rather than a traditional long-term community management assignment, this is a concentrated opportunity to work on a highly visible campaign where social conversation moves quickly and your contributions can have an immediate impact. The team is looking for experienced community managers who can jump in quickly, work autonomously and start contributing from day one. If you love the intersection of social media, fashion, entertainment, internet culture and real-time community engagement, this is the kind of project that lets you be right in the middle of the conversation. #LI-MM3 About Aquent Talent: Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
