Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The Mail Associate distributes incoming mail and coordinates the delivery of outgoing mail. This associate also serves as a relief-receptionist.

* Deliver incoming mail.

* Coordinate delivery of outgoing and interoffice mail.

* Provide office administrative support.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

* Must take ownership of position and willing to be flexible regarding work assignments

* Good driving record

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Must get along with others

* High School Diploma

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
