Community Relations Specialist

Merakeyis seeking aCommunity Relations Specialistto serve as a community outreach and referral liaison in the Louisianamarket.This role focuses on building referral relationships to support access totherapy servicesforchildren and young adults ages birth to 21.

Salary:27.11 per hour, full benefits and mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach throughin-person visitsto prospective and existing referral sources.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical providers, schools, community organizations, and other referral partners.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including campaigns, materials, and local events.
• Track outreach activity, referral trends, and sales performance; prepare reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and service experience.
• Assist with product rollouts, trade shows, and community events as needed.
