Job Title:
Clinical Supply Chain Manager
Duration: 2+ Months Location: Remote Description: Work Schedule This is a remote U.S. position. Candidates may sit in any U.S. time zone. Most of the core team is on the West Coast, but the project works across U.S. and global time zones. Training can generally be accommodated during late-morning/midday hours. Candidates should have some flexibility with their schedules. Overtime / Weekend Work Some overtime and occasional weekend work may be required due to aggressive project timelines and critical deliverables. The team is working to minimize this, but candidates need to be comfortable with schedule flexibility when project needs require additional support. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on Business Analyst with advanced Excel and data-analysis skills who can work through large, complex datasets, perform data validation and reconciliation, and quickly prepare information for business review. The manager wants someone who is proactive, learns quickly, and is comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and aggressive timelines. SAP/S/4HANA, data migration, testing, and supply chain experience are highly desirable, with Clinical Supply Chain experience being a significant plus. Above all, the candidate needs to be a flexible, resourceful go-getter who can come into a fast-moving transformation project, learn the business, and start adding value quickly. Development Supply Chain (DSC) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products, process knowledge, and technology solutions that enable client's accelerated product commercialization. DSC is actively supporting the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including testing activities across the clinical supply chain. The Business Analyst Principal will provide project-based analytical support for S/4HANA clinical testing, with a primary focus on managing and simplifying large, complex data sets provided. The role will use advanced Excel and analytical capabilities to transform raw testing data into clear, manageable outputs that enable the direct manager to quickly assess results, identify issues and trends, and make informed decisions. Role Overview The team is looking for two Business Analysts to provide additional support for a large S/4HANA transformation project. The immediate priority is data migration/data review, with resources helping prepare and analyze large Excel datasets before they are reviewed by business SMEs. The role may expand to include testing, test script support, documentation revisions, training materials, and other project-related activities as priorities evolve. Highly Desired Skills
