Mgr Sales

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.

Essential Functions

• Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.
• Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
• Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• International sales experience with a focus on market growth preferred.
• Direct sales management & revenue generation experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading broad, diverse teams is highly valued.
• FedEx leadership experience preferred.

Position may be located anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Miami, FL.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.
