Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Manager, Firm Human Resources (HR) will report to the Senior Director, Firm Human Resources. The Manager is responsible for HR management and planning of lawyer evaluation processes and lawyer HR initiatives firmwide. This position is accountable for working closely with HRBPs and HR/Legal Talent Leadership promoting service level quality and consistency across all lawyer populations for related processes and initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating the overall planning and management of HR activities for lawyer populations firmwide. In addition, this role will work closely with the HR Centers of Excellence, HR and Firm leadership. This position will align with the Centers of Excellence to ensure HR projects, processes and programs are efficient, implemented, and consistent with firm standards and goals for the lawyer population. This position may also manage other firm processes as identified by Firm and HR leadership. This position will reside in the Philadelphia, Boston or Washington offices with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
