As the unit continues to expand, it now features 39 single-occupancy beds across two care areas, including a newly expanded fourth-floor space licensed for full telemetry, with team members supporting both locations based on patient care needs. This position is ideal for individuals beginning their healthcare careers who are looking to gain valuable hands-on patient care experience in a fast-paced hospital setting. Candidates with hospital experience, Behavioral Health Technician backgrounds, or a passion for caring for diverse patient populations are encouraged to apply. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to build meaningful connections with patients while working collaboratively as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This position is afull-time Night shift working with 3-12 hour shifts from 6:00 PM-6:30 AM. We offer self-scheduling for shift and weekend coverage. Scheduled workdays may vary, as there are no set or fixed days. Weekend and Holiday Rotations are required in this role. Provides patient related care tasks based on the principles of growth and development across the life span of patients served in his/her independent unit. Assists, observes, and reports patient changes to licensed caregiver and maintains accurate medical record documentation relative to the care delivered.
