Job Purpose The Legal Assistant will primarily provide support to in-house attorneys on a broad range of legal matters, including, but not limited to, corporate governance, intellectual property, invoicing/budgeting, compliance/litigation, contract management, mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day matter management. This individual will also provide administrative support to select members of the Leadership Team. This is a hybrid role based out of Northbrook, IL. Key Accountabilities * Corporate Governance: Maintain accurate, current minute books; assist in preparation of resolutions and meeting minutes; create, obtain signatures and file requisite state/provincial corporate documentation; manage delegation of powers. Desired Skills and Background * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. As of the date of this posting, the estimated pay range for this role is $70,000-$78,000 plus eligibility to participate in the annual discretionary bonus plan. The actual pay for the position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity.
