Job Description/Summary

• Serves as the primary operations liaison to product managers and product leadership, owning operational commitments and aligning customer, program, and business objectives as part of the integrated product team.
  
• Integrates cross-functional teams to ensure product commitments are realistic, executable, and aligned to factory capability, balancing cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance.
  
• Drives operational readiness and execution through prioritization, visibility, and coordination across the product lifecycle, linking long-range strategy, transition-to-production planning, and daily operations.
  

Activities

• Translate demand and priorities into integrated execution plans
  
• Lead recovery planning across assigned scope
  
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation
  
• Maintain visibility to execution performance
  
• (WIP - to be confirmed) Support NPI readiness and manufacturing execution
  
• Provide operational inputs to capacity, forecast, and program reviews
  
• Provide production plan for product lifecycle gates
  

• US Citizen
  
• High School diploma or GED
