The Manager, Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) roleis accountable for the global EHS governance framework, management system effectiveness, enterprise standards, assurance activities, risk visibility, and EHS capability development across TBCT. Reporting to the Director, Sustainability & ESG, with dotted line reporting to Regional Manufacturing Leaders, the role serves as the senior functional authority for EHS and ensures consistent implementation of company expectations while site leadership and EHS teams retain accountability and responsibility for day-to-day EHS performance. Target Pay Range:$114,900.00to$143,600.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, from September 3, 2026.
