Schedule: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday Work You Can Be Proud Of.
As a Production Technician in Searcy, you'll put in real effort and see real results. You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fair for doing it right. Job Duties
- Assemble components in sidewall, flooring, roof, and main assembly areas.
- Use hand tools, including rivet guns, to complete production tasks.
- Work from ladders and in various assembly positions, including kneeling.
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Technician.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Steel-toed shoes are required on the production floor
- Use a variety of hand tools, including rivet guns
- Work on their knees frequently; kneepads are provided
