Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Looking for Assembler jobs in Southfield where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • 1-2 years of assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
  • Experience using hand and power tools


Job Duties


  • Assemble products according to customer specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions
  • Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards
  • Plan assembly processes using prior experience and product requirements
  • Inspect completed products for accuracy and quality


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
