Aon is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior and executive leaders. This role is central to the effectiveness of team leadership and helps the broader team stay focused on business priorities. You will manage complex schedules, communications, meetings, travel, records, and day-to-day office coordination. Success in this role requires sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to reassess priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will also serve as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders, Board members, investors, colleagues, clients, and external partners! This position is based in New York, New York, and follows an in-office work arrangement. Pay transparency The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is$80,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Compensation may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, New York. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans and may receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
