The Role

Product Managers at The Trade Desk are strategic builders, productthinkers, and operators who thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from concept to execution. In this role, you'llhelp shape the roadmap forGTMproducts that power our global go-to-market organization and own the execution that turns those plans into shipped work. You'llstart with a defined area and grow your scope as you prove yourself. It'sa chance to sit at the intersection of platforms, product, and go-to-market innovation and to influence how GTM teamsoperate. You'llpartner closely with Engineering, Data, and business teams to turn ideas into intelligent products and platform capabilities that help the business scale and execute.

WhatYou'llDo(And Who You Probably Are)

1 to 5 years in product - or an adjacent role likesolutionsengineering, analytics, orconsulting where youownedreal outcomes.

  • Reach for AI the way most people reach for a searchbar, tolearn a new domain fast, draftPRD's, synthesizeuser feedback, or query data without waiting on anyone.

  • Prototypefast. A rough working mockup (Figma, Magic Patterns, or an AI-built prototype) is usually the fastest way to align people and pressure-test an idea. You'drather show than tell.

  • Build judgment about when AI helps and when itdoesn't. Using it by defaultdoesn'tmean using it for everything, sometimes the simpler path wins, and you can tell the difference.

  • Take a fuzzy problem and make it concrete. You'recomfortable in ambiguity, you can make a clear argument, andyou'llpush back when somethingdoesn'tadd up.

  • Solve real problems for real users. Spend time with the Sales, Revenue Operations, and Client Services teams who use what you build, so your decisions come from their actual problems, not assumptions.

  • Connect the platform to the work. Get to know how the TTDplatform;spend, pacing, optimization drives the GTM workflows yousupport andlet that shape what you build.

  • Own outcomes, not just output. Define what success looks like, ship it with Engineering, then track the numbers and course-correct on what you learn.

  • Bonus, notrequired: exposure to CRM, revenue, or GTM systems, or to APIs and how data flows between enterprise tools.
