Are you an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to build strong teams and keep operations running safely and efficiently?

E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, develop employees, maintain food-safety standards, and help the operation achieve its service, productivity, and financial goals.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on leader with experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply-chain operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees
* Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
* Enforce safety procedures and proper equipment usage
* Manage attendance, performance, and employee-relations concerns
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, food-safety, and Best Practice requirements
* Monitor inventory accuracy, product quality, date codes, and FIFO practices
* Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
* Track productivity, service, quality, and financial performance
* Investigate operational or safety concerns and implement corrective actions
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

WHAT YOU NEED

* Five or more years of warehouse, distribution, or supply-chain experience
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
* Experience with ERP, warehouse, or inventory-management systems preferred
* Forklift experience preferred
* Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Lift up to 75 lbs.
* Push or pull up to 250 lbs.
* Stand and walk for extended periods
* Frequently bend, twist, reach, kneel, and squat
* Work in temperatures around 35F for extended periods
* Climb in and out of warehouse equipment as needed
