This opportunity is ideal for physicians trained in Med Peds who are passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Key Position Details: As a Primary Care IM/Peds physician, you'll work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team that includes access to specialists, mental health professionals, and integrative medicine through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. This holistic, patient-centered approach is at the heart of how we deliver care-supporting every aspect of a patient's health journey. The Greenway (Minneapolis) clinic is searching for a Internal Medicine Peds (IM/Peds) Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a team of 4 Primary Care Providers and additional ancillary services yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system. Flexible FTE 36 patient contact hours per week Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families Clinic hours are Monday -Friday: 7:00am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation. Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows. Pay Range Pay Range: $290,500 to $339,800 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
