Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for a Director, Principal Gift Prospect Intelligence and Strategy! The Director, Principal Gift Prospect Intelligence and Strategy is a strategic member of the Institutional Advancement team, providing campaign intelligence, portfolio strategy, and project management support for high-priority fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant VP of Principal Gift Operations and University Priorities, the Director translates philanthropic, financial, relational, and institutional information into actionable strategies that positions fundraisers and University leadership to advance principal gift and campaign opportunities. The position serves as a strategic partner to development leadership and frontline fundraisers, providing insight into portfolio composition, campaign pipelines, prospect opportunities, and engagement strategies. The Director works collaboratively with Prospect Development and Advancement Analytics to leverage institutional data and intelligence while focusing on the strategic application of that information to campaign priorities and fundraising strategies. Performs other duties as assigned.
