Essential Responsibilities:



  • Support the strategic planning and flawless execution of high-impact sponsorship activations, hospitality programs, and promotional campaigns designed to achieve key business objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Actively manage and nurture sponsorship relationships, overseeing asset fulfillment, ticket utilization, hospitality opportunities, and the successful execution of benefits across the company's diverse sponsorship portfolio.
  • Orchestrate seamless employee, customer, and community events, meticulously managing logistics, vendor relationships, providing crucial onsite support, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of branded merchandise, marketing materials, and essential brand assets, rigorously ensuring consistency with our brand standards.
  • Contribute to the strategic evaluation of sponsorship and event performance by assisting with comprehensive reporting, asset utilization tracking, and insightful ROI analysis.
  • Provide critical assistance for strategic events and special projects, including sophisticated corporate hospitality programs, exclusive golf invitationals, and other significant enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Streamline operational workflows, including efficient purchasing, accurate invoice processing, detailed expense reporting, timely ticket fulfillment, and various essential administrative activities.


Required Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, promotions, and/or project management


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in sports marketing and events management preferred
