We are seeking a Transition Manager 4 to step into a pivotal role, leading the human side of transformative organizational change. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of readiness and adoption, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and employee experience. Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute comprehensive transition and readiness plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption measures.
- Identify affected user groups, define changes for each, and meticulously prepare them for new system and process implementations.
- Develop high-quality training content, job aids, and enablement materials, ensuring consistency and reusability across programs.
- Craft executive-ready presentations and status reports for leadership, providing clear and concise updates on transition progress.
- Write clear, audience-appropriate communications tailored for employee, stakeholder, and leadership audiences.
- Monitor readiness, proactively escalate risks, and keep project leads informed of any adoption gaps.
- Establish and manage an annual training model to keep internal teams current on evolving tools and processes.
- Develop all supporting training materials with a consistent structure, identify content housing solutions, establish training cadences, and coach team owners through delivery.
- Take on transition management responsibilities for new organizational projects as they emerge.
- Produce and publish a monthly internal newsletter and drive content development for internal organizational websites.
Qualifications Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transition management, change management, or organizational readiness for large-scale enterprise programs.
- Demonstrated success in preparing extensive user populations for system or process changes, including global or multi-region deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing strong writing, editing, and the ability to craft audience-specific messaging.
- Advanced proficiency in presentation software, with a keen eye for design, capable of producing polished, visually compelling materials for executive audiences.
- Proven ability to build training content and enablement programs from inception.
- Capacity to work autonomously, establish structure in ambiguous environments, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
- Comfort and expertise in collaborating with senior stakeholders, external partners, and diverse cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with global rollouts across multiple regions and time zones.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Recommended Certifications:
- A recognized change management certification is highly recommended.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Prior experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives within a global enterprise environment is highly valued.
