About the Role

As a key contributor, you will operate independently, managing project activities across their entire lifecycle. You will be at the forefront of anticipating challenges, proactively developing solutions, and expertly navigating dependencies and cross-functional issues. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for process and tool enhancements, balancing immediate project needs with the broader organizational vision. You will play a crucial role in establishing and refining operational frameworks, ensuring accountability, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring accountability and alignment with compliance and privacy policies.
• Identify cross-team sponsors and stakeholders, secure necessary resources, and implement process improvements, including automation, to support adoption.
• Extract interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, providing data-driven strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define work problems, program goals, prioritize deliverables, and assess cross-team program impact.
• Define key program metrics, manage cross-functional teams, and drive actions to ensure program success, including developing and implementing corrective actions with minimal guidance.
• Identify, collect, and track key metrics for program and project impact, leveraging data to drive results and demonstrate success.
• Establish and promote program vision and objectives, ensuring they are met or exceeded, and secure buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback post-implementation, maintain up-to-date documentation, facilitate follow-up discussions, and propose continuous improvements.
• Deliver effective and strategic communications tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, facilitating information exchange and collaboration.
• Identify and engage cross-team experts, leveraging their knowledge to drive product and service improvements, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Support the development of strategic programs, acting as a domain authority to guide leadership in decision-making for product and program excellence.
• Create comprehensive project roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, communicate plans, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-team stakeholders, building rapport and credibility, and providing content and input to help achieve project goals.
• Partner with and support cross-functional teams and stakeholders with minimal guidance.
• Conduct thorough risk identification and assessment activities, monitoring risk evolution and its influence on project and program objectives.
• Develop clear written documentation outlining solution scope, design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Develop or refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across programs, monitoring progress with organizational and executive leadership.
• Develop program goals and prioritization, translating stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, defining program roadmaps, and driving decisions on prioritization.
