About the Opportunity

This is a pivotal entry-level opportunity where you will directly contribute to enhancing manufacturing operations through data-driven insights. You will be at the forefront of digital transformation, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable information that empowers decision-makers and drives continuous improvement across various production sites. Your work will directly impact efficiency, consistency, and the overall success of global operations, playing a key part in optimizing processes and driving informed decision-making.

What You'll Do



  • Take ownership of updating, enhancing, and standardizing manufacturing dashboards across various plant locations, ensuring visual consistency, accurate units, and reliable metrics.
  • Proactively gather, meticulously clean, and audit production and equipment signal data from diverse databases to pinpoint gaps, emerging trends, and anomalies that affect operational performance.
  • Design and maintain robust statistical process control charts and monitoring visualizations, providing essential tools for process control and in-depth root cause investigations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, reliability specialists, and remote data teams to refine key performance metrics, present compelling findings, and continuously improve analytical tools and methodologies.


What You'll Bring



  • Education: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Reliability), Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity or practical experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Python, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms. Full company-sponsored training will be provided on an industrial analytics platform.
  • Process Understanding: Foundational awareness of manufacturing process data, including signals (e.g., pressure, temperature, current), and basic statistical process control concepts.
  • Mindset: A highly detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on consistency, formatting, and accuracy. Must be self-motivated and possess a natural curiosity about the inner workings of manufacturing systems.
  • Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
