SUMMARY BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication business, is seeking a Craft Resource Manager to help build and support the skilled workforce behind a rapidly growing manufacturing operation. This role will own key aspects of the craft employee lifecycle-from recruiting and onboarding to training, engagement, workforce planning, and employee support. The Craft Resource Manager will partner closely with operations and field leadership to ensure BLUvera has the right people, skills, and resources in place to support production and growth. This is a highly collaborative role with the opportunity to shape the craft workforce, strengthen employee engagement, and help establish the people processes needed to scale BLUvera successfully. **Please Note - This role will be based at our Lebanon, IN project site. Candidates must be willing to travel on a weekly basis, exceeding 75% in travel. This role includes an additional travel bonus as part of total compensation to support travel requirements. The base pay range for this role is $81,200 - $121,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
