Job Overview What You'll Do

What We're Looking For Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse workforce in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and fostering a positive workplace culture. Demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, labor management, inventory control, budgeting, and cost containment. Ability to analyze operational and financial reports, identify trends, and implement effective solutions to improve performance. Proficient in scheduling, staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable health regulations. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, adapt to changing business needs, and make sound decisions under pressure. Computer proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office applications, and restaurant management software is required. Must be dependable, professional, and capable of working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.
