Associate Director of International Admission The USC Office of Undergraduate Admission is seeking an Associate Director, International Admission to provide strategic and operational leadership for USC's international undergraduate recruitment and admission efforts. The Associate Director of International Admission provides strategic and operational leadership for USC's international undergraduate recruitment and admission efforts. The position develops and implements international recruitment strategies; oversees recruitment activities and partnerships across key global markets; provides expertise in international credential evaluation and educational systems; and supports the development, implementation, and consistent application of admission policies and procedures for international applicants. The Associate Director serves as a senior resource for complex international admission cases and leads training and professional development related to international application review. The position uses enrollment data and market intelligence to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, identify opportunities for enrollment growth, and inform the allocation of recruitment resources. The Associate Director also manages assigned staff, programs, budgets, and operational processes and represents USC with schools, counselors, professional organizations, and university partners in the United States and abroad.
