YOUR IMPACT
You'll be a core member of the passionate, energized Global Banking client activation and broader practice team, and will report to the Global Director of Client Acceleration.
You'll be part of our global Banking team and be based in our Denver, CO office. Banking is one of the largest industry sectors in McKinsey. As a global leader in strategic consulting, the practice serves a broad spectrum of clients in the traditional and non-traditional financial industries. The practice is active in each of the major global Regions - Europe, EEMA, North America, Latin America, and Asia - where we serve a broad spectrum of clients in financial industries.
You will work with our North America (NA) Banking leader and the broader NA Banking leadership team. You will also work closely across our professional functions globally, including Client Capabilities, Finance, Professional Development, Reach & Engagement (R&E), Learning and Client Service Risk to activate our community.
As a thought partner with the most senior leadership team of the practice, you will shape and drive the agenda for NA Banking on client and priority client themes, linked to our distinctive capabilities. You'll ensure NA Banking has strong processes and infrastructure in place for client activation, including enabling easy access to a portfolio of client development resources, collateral and enduring assets, developed by our client capabilities team. You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
