Summary
Oversees and manages financial budgeting and planning related to the annual budget process, central funds modeling, and monthly variance reporting. Leads and manages MCW's Budget function within Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing the annual budget process, central funds modeling, and monthly variance reporting. Partners with the Associate Director of Budget to advance institutional budgetary strategy and financial planning priorities, while supervising and developing a team of financial analysts to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of MCW's budget deliverables. Primary Responsibilities
This position is 100% remote. All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

Constantly looking for ways to support performance improvement initiatives. * Ability to achieve results in a complex matrix organization through effective delineation of task assignments, ensuring adequate resource allocation, assisting project participants resolve barriers and solve issues and appropriate escalation of resource issues and concerns. * Ability to listen critically to solicit ideas from operational participants at all levels of the organization to develop solutions that are owned and valued by the operational end users. * Willingness to understand how systems and applications supporting the business processes work. Can communicate effectively with technical IT/IS staff to convey business processes and requirements. Is familiar with infrastructure set-up and how various pieces fit together. * Strong technical analytical skills. Mastery of Microsoft Excel. * Avid attention to detail with the ability to understand and integrate detail with the big picture. * Ability to effectively manage others. Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field Minimum Required Experience: 7-10 years Preferred Education: Master's preferred Preferred Experience: Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field required Physical Requirements
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects. #LI-AV1 Target salary range for this position is between $108,300.00 and $139,800.00 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment. Why MCW?
