Salary $50 - 55 / Hour Overview Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT or OT) Western New York | Full-Time, Onsite Leadership An established skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Western New York is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead its therapy department. This is a working leadership position for a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist who can balance clinical care with team leadership, regulatory compliance, department operations, and financial accountability. The Director will supervise rehabilitation staff, maintain an active clinical caseload, and partner closely with the facility Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team. The OpportunityThe Director of Rehabilitation Services will be responsible for the quality, compliance, productivity, and overall performance of the rehabilitation department. This leader will help ensure that residents receive coordinated, goal-driven therapy services that support function, independence, and quality of life. The position maintains a clinical caseload with a minimum productivity expectation of approximately 35%. CompensationThe anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00-$55.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
