WHAT YOU'LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS

Hallmark is seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will support the company's property and casualty risk management programs by overseeing claims administration, partnering with business leaders, and helping drive effective claim resolution and cost containment.

This position is ideal for a claims professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex claim matters across multiple lines of coverage, including workers' compensation, general liability, auto liability, property, and other insured losses.

You will work closely with internal partners, third-party administrators, and business units to ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company practices. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be a collaborative and detail-oriented claims professional who can balance technical claims expertise with strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following are required to be considered for this role:



  • Minimum seven years of claims management experience
  • Experience overseeing third party administers, handling multi-state claims portfolios
  • Experience in a Windows environment, including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and online claims database systems



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have the following:



  • College degree with an area of study in Business, Finance, or Risk Management
  • CPCU, ARM, or ACM professional designation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
