THE ROLE: AMD is seeking aRegional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Embedded Channel business across the Eastern United States. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing pipeline and forecast accuracy, and leading execution through distribution and channel partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales leader who can operate effectively in a matrixed organization, influence without direct authority, and scale impact through partners, process excellence, and strategic prioritization. This role is critical in accelerating AMD's embedded business by driving design wins, developing strategic customer relationships, and maximizing channel effectiveness across the region. THE PERSON: The successful candidate is a driven sales professional with a proven history of delivering revenue growth and executing complex go-to-market strategies. You are comfortable owning ambitious targets, managing multiple stakeholders, and navigating dynamic competitive environments. You bring strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal teams. You are highly organized, data-driven, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
