Overview JOB TITLE: Systems Administrator GOVERNMENT AGENCY: U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) POSITION INFORMATION: Full-time LOCATION: New London, CT; Onsite POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidates to obtain a Public Trust clearance which can take 4-6 weeks to process and must be complete prior to starting employment BENEFITS: Health, Dental and Vision, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 11 Paid Federal Holidays, 3 weeks' Paid Time Off ITC Federal is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in New London, CT. This is an onsite position supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA). This is a fast-paced work environment that offers the opportunity to utilize hands-on experience with a variety of enterprise IT solutions to solve mission-critical problems supporting the US government. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure supporting USCGA. This role ensures system hardware, operating systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and security standards across a mixed Windows and Linux environment. Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain enterprise systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure, ensuring system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and security standards.
