Work Experience

Required: 5+ Years - Cross-application troubleshooting skills, Nova owner As a Specialist, serves as the top-level technical expert, advisor and solution architect responsible for: Formulating and defining complex system scope and objectives. Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining highly complex applications. Serving as an internal consultant and trusted advisor. Solving the organization's most challenging application and workflow problems. Providing strategic technical leadership without direct management responsibilities. Enterprise-wide Epic architecture and design decisions. Oversight of complex workflow redesign initiatives. Technical leadership during Epic upgrades and major projects. Governance participation and standards development. Mentoring Senior, Intermediate, and Associate analysts. Driving innovation, automation, and application modernization. Ensuring system reliability, patient safety, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise.

Preferred: 8+ Years

  • Relevant certifications in IT applications (e.g., Epic Beaker, Radiant, ClinDoc, Data Courier etc.,etc.) within 6 months of hire.

Preferred:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO)
