What you'll be doing:

As the Director of Loyalty Activation, you will spearhead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Verizon Loyalty, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate business objectives and brand positioning.

This leadership role drives cross-functional collaboration across key stakeholder organizations to execute high-impact, multi-channel loyalty initiatives while optimizing critical performance indicators like revenue growth, churn mitigation, and customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for building strategic frameworks, managing high-value external partnerships, overseeing marketing budgets, and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve long-term program success.

  • Spearhead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Verizon Loyalty, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and brand positioning.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the CMO and VBM organizations, to execute multi-channel loyalty initiatives across email, web, and paid media.

  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks leveraging loyalty assets to optimize key performance indicators, including revenue acceleration, churn mitigation, and the enhancement of customer lifetime value (LTV).

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors, fostering professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-impact marketing results.

  • Manage partner relationships to develop and deploy co-marketing assets that effectively support and amplify third-party program integrations.

  • Partner with external stakeholders to design and execute joint marketing strategies that extend program reach and deepen customer engagement.

  • Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing efficacy and maintain rigorous oversight of marketing budget operationalization and ROI.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience working on and leading loyalty programs

  • Experience working with creative/design teams, traditional & digital media, digital/cx platforms, marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Performance marketing & growth experience.

  • Google AI Certifications

  • Experience leading a team

  • Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience presenting findings and insights to a targeted audience (up to the executive level).

  • Agency or consultant experience.

Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $139,500.00 - $243,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $139,500.00 - $243,000.00.
