Transportation Engineering Intern Westwood Professional Services The Transportation Intern will join a roadway design team supporting highway, roadway, and multimodal infrastructure projects for DOTs, counties, cities, and other public agencies. Projects range from small local road rehabilitation projects to large-scale highway corridor and interchange designs supporting regional mobility. This position offers a direct opportunity to apply civil engineering coursework to real-world transportation infrastructure projects. As a Transportation Intern, the selected candidate will learn to apply industry standards while assisting Senior Engineers in the preparation of roadway plans, profiles, and construction documents. The intern will build foundational proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and other design software used by the transportation design team. Requirements
