Office Operations Manager - Waste & Environmental Services - Waste Pro - Fort Pierce, FL Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience Lead the Office. Support the Operation. Make an Impact. At Waste Pro, our Office Manager is more than an administrative leader. This position plays a key role in keeping the entire division running smoothly by leading Customer Service, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and office operations. We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and confident leader who can manage people and processes, maintain strong financial controls, and partner closely with Operations, Sales, and division leadership. Work Environment This is an office-based leadership position supporting a busy Waste Pro operating division. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and regional leadership. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and where communication, follow-through, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.
