Position Title: Account Executive
Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring an Account Executive for a company in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift. Account Executive Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Receive inbound phone inquiries from customers, ensuring each interaction results in a positive experience for them - Work the phones to perform various customer assistance duties, such as responding to customer questions, pricing, freight quotes, product inquiries, and ideas - Handle customer requests that come in via email for freight quotes, virtual request, product information, inventory levels, and product ideas - Show the customer you care on each phone call through personalization and expressions of concern when effectively answering questions or helping to resolve problems - Provide 100% customer satisfaction - Learn and explain the products and services to customers - Treat customers with respect and understanding - Listen to customer needs - Make it easy for customers to do business with us - Leave a positive and lasting impression Account Executive Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task - Ability to resolve problems - Ability to work in a team environment to develop integrity, trust, and respect of coworkers at all levels - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fundamental computer knowledge and maneuverability with Windows applications - Available to work onsite in Vernon Hills, IL QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
