This position is offering a pay rate of $76.12/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for supporting medical affairs communications strategy, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of scientific data to physicians, pharmacists, investigators, healthcare institutions, agencies, and patients. The Senior Manager Medical Affairs Communications will oversee the development of medical response documents and FAQs, medical review of promotional and US Medical Affairs materials, and cross-functional collaborations to support Client therapeutic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
*Medical Information Strategy & Execution
*Create and review medical and scientific information about Client products.
*Make sure the information is accurate and supported by reliable research and medical guidelines.
*Prepare standard answers for medical questions from customers or healthcare professionals.
*Work with different teams to share medical knowledge and improve communication.

Medical Review & Promotional Content
* Review advertisements, promotional materials, sales training, and medical content to make sure they are medically accurate.
* Represent the Medical Affairs team in the Promotional Review Team (PRT).
* Make sure all medical information is accurate, balanced, scientifically supported, and follows Client standards.
* Work with other teams to create and improve medical content and the review process.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Take part in Medical Affairs planning and strategy meetings for assigned products.
* Work with teams like Sales, Marketing, Clinical Research, Drug Safety, and Legal to provide medical guidance.
* Help plan and manage Client Medical Affairs activities at medical and scientific conferences.
* Communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and payers to answer medical questions and provide scientific information.

*Medical Training & Knowledge Management
oSupport design, develop, and implement training materials for the Sales Force, MSLs, Customer Care Services, and other internal teams.
oSupport the development of educational materials to enhance scientific knowledge across the organization.
oMaintain and optimize medical communications information systems to ensure up-to-date clinical content.

*Data Analysis & Insights Generation
oAnalyze utilization reports from customer interactions via Medical Communications channels to identify trends, patterns, and emerging medical trends to assigned products/therapeutic areas.
oDevelop and present insights to leadership, shaping future medical communication strategies.
oSupport the review and analysis of medical education grant proposals to ensure alignment with scientific and educational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
*Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience, or equivalent clinical background.
*Strong understanding of peer-reviewed literature, consensus guidelines, and medical communications best practices.
*Experience in medical information services, drug information, or medical communications within a pharma or biotech company.
*Strong problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate across functions.
*Experience in medical training development and scientific content creation is preferred.
*Experience with budget management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
*2+ years of industry experience, preferred.
*Prior launch experience is preferred.
