Operations Coordinator Location:Pelham, AL Job ID: #73139 Pay Range: $18-21 1st shift (7am-4pm) Job description: Answer phones - 2nd line of defense for calls Book T&M jobs, order parts or issue POs for T&M as needed Dispatching - as needed Ensuring parts are returned to RC in a timely manner Need to return calls when applicable Keep warehouse organized - moving parts around - (no heavy lifting or machine operation) Key Capabilities & Skills Needed: Detail oriented Previous dispatch experience Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
