Center 5100, the Division 5000 National Security Programs and High-Security Operations Center, is seeking a Senior Management Assistant to support the Center Director and office leadership team. As part of our close-knit, mission-focused team, you will help enable strategic planning, smooth operational execution, and assurance oversight and help support Sandias Field Intelligence Element and Special Access Programs. This is a 100% onsite position (core hours 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.) and can either be on the 9/80 or standard schedule. An SCI clearance may be requested for this position. Center 5100 is located inside the Division 5000 Office and this Senior Management Assistant will work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the Division Office is supported at all times. Key responsibilities include performing complex administrative duties to support the Center's programs and projects, coordinating activities with other organizations, conducting analyses, and presenting findings. The SMA may also represent the center on corporate or divisional task forces. The quality of your work will significantly impact customer satisfaction, operational costs, and the achievement of organizational objectives, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of the Center Office. $63,800 - $105,400 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential. Qualifications We Require
Applicants must meet the minimum prerequisites to be scheduled for testing. Applicants should be prepared to test immediately after completing the application process. Upon successful test completion, the manager will be notified. Interviews will be scheduled for applicants who have successfully passed the test and have been identified as top candidates by the manager. About Our Team
High Security Operations and National Security Programs /D5K Mission Support Office Center 5100 is the Division 5000 National Security Program (NSP) Portfolio Management and High-Security Operations Center. The Center's High Security Operations Team provide infrastructure support for Strategic Intelligence Partnership Programs (SIPPs), Special Access Programs (SAPs), and similar high-security activities at Sandia. High Security Operations (HSO) is dedicated to safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with security protocols across Sandia. HSO interfaces with the Department of Energy Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN), the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and other government agencies to manage security for the Field Intelligence Element (FIE), and adhere to Intelligence Community Directives. By providing a secure environment and partnering with stakeholders, HSO enables Sandia's delivery of products and services to the Intelligence Community and supports mission success. The National Security Program (NSP) Portfolio Management Office is responsible for providing strategic management, leadership, and management assurance support to the NSP Portfolio, including administering the NSP LDRD Mission Foundation; stewarding the National Security Technology Gallery (C109) and the Sandia Compartmented Innovation Technology Lockers (SCITL) on behalf of Sandia, and developing and implementing strategic initiatives such as Sandia's Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Coordination Office.
