  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, data science, and clinical partners to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Architect user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications for sophisticated digital health tools and systems.
  • Advocate passionately for user needs by conducting or synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and analytics.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully launching complex, human-centered digital products from concept to scale.
  • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam).
  • Proven experience in building, applying, or maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional environments, adept at managing stakeholder alignment and communicating strategic design decisions effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or other regulated industries.
