Description Your Role Gensler's Northwest Regional Marketing & Communications team plays a critical role in shaping how the firm shows up in the market by driving growth, strengthening client relationships, attracting top talent, and amplifying Gensler's influence through integrated, insight-led marketing and communications strategies. We are seeking a Regional Marketing Director (RMD) to serve as a strategic leader and trusted partner to Regional Managing Principals, Office Managing Directors, Practice Area Leaders, and Firmwide Marketing leadership. This role sits at the intersection of regional growth strategy, brand stewardship, business development, communications, and talent leadership. The RMD will be a proven strategist, planner, and people leader who can balance high-level strategic vision with execution. They will lead an integrated team of marketing, communications, and PR professionals while developing regional plans, targets, and standards that support business growth and market differentiation. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly matrixed environment, brings clarity to complexity, and effectively translates firmwide priorities into regionally relevant and locally resonant strategies. This leader will embody Gensler's Guiding Principles, champion a people-first culture, and actively develop the next generation of marketing and communications professionals across the region. **The base salary will be estimated between $165-195k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
