POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT The Director, Brand & Creative is a key creative and brand steward within Moss' Strategy, Marketing, and Communications (SMC) team, responsible for managing the visual identity, creative output, and brand standards that define how Moss looks and shows up across every channel, client touchpoint, and employee experience. This role oversees the Creative team and serves as the primary driver of design quality, visual storytelling, and brand consistency across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role for a creative leader who brings both strategic instincts and executional excellence - someone who can manage a team, partner with internal stakeholders, and maintain the brand standards that reflect Moss' market position and culture. This role will play a key part in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and establish Moss' presence with target clients, industry partners, and the business community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Creative team, including graphic designers and visual content producers, providing day-to-day direction, workload management, and professional development
- Set and maintain standards for design quality, brand consistency, and visual identity across all materials, digital assets, and client-facing outputs
- Own the intake, prioritization, and quality control process for creative requests across the enterprise, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards
- Manage the ongoing evolution of Moss' visual identity - ensuring it reflects the company's growth, culture, and market positioning in close partnership with senior communications and marketing leadership
- Ensure visual identity and brand voice are applied consistently across all communications channels - internal, external, digital, print, and event-based
- Oversee the development of creative assets supporting integrated marketing and communications campaigns, including social media, web content, advertising, internal platforms, and events
- Drive B2B marketing campaign development for new market entries - building comprehensive strategies that establish Moss' brand presence with target clients, developers, owners, and industry partners in new geographies
- Manage external creative vendors, freelancers, and market-specific agency partners - including those supporting new market entry campaigns - ensuring efficient use of resources, clear deliverables, and consistent brand alignment
- Support the Pursuits team with creative direction and design production for proposals, presentations, and competitive submissions
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and creative standards that enable consistency and scalability across the organization
- Partner with the Events team to ensure Moss' brand is represented with excellence across all internal and external event experiences
- Drive adoption of AI and emerging creative tools - identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency of output while maintaining brand standards
- Track and report on creative team capacity, output quality, and project performance to SMC leadership

- Strong people manager who develops talent, creates clear processes, and builds a team culture grounded in accountability and creativity
- Someone who is organized and operationally strong - you manage intake, capacity, and competing priorities with discipline
- Comfortable working at a fast pace in a complex, matrixed organization - you can balance long-term brand vision with immediate execution needs
- High judgment and discretion - you understand when to push creatively and when to align with broader strategic direction
