Learn a Skilled Trade — Paid Machine Operator Training Machine Operator / Manufacturing Trainee Pay: based upon experience Are you dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in learning a skilled trade? Venture Industrial Products is looking for motivated people to train as machine operators in our precision metal fabrication facility. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Experience Is Welcome—but Not Required Experienced machine operators are encouraged to apply. However, you do not need years of manufacturing experience to be considered. We are especially interested in applicants who bring a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, curiosity, dependability, and a genuine desire to learn. Physical Requirements This position involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and regularly handling materials or parts. Frequent lifting of approximately 5–35 pounds and occasional heavier lifting may be required. Appropriate safety training and personal protective equipment will be provided. Why Join Venture?
