We're looking for a People Strategy Consultant to join Procore's People Solutions Team. In this role, you'll be deployed to high-priority, complex cross-functional initiatives across the People Organization, focusing on critical priorities like AI cultural integration, M&A integration, and organizational alignment. Your primary goal is to architect and execute dynamic, product-led solutions for high-impact strategic problem statements across the business. As a People Strategy Consultant, you'll partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Analytics, and cross-functional leadership to translate complex business challenges into concrete strategic objectives and execution plans. Use your advanced analytical agility, product-minded customer lens, and agile problem-solving skills to drive high-visibility HR initiatives from concept to reality. Base Pay Range: 129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
